Who we are

What information we collect
When you contact us through the enquiry form or by email, we may collect your name, business name, email address, website address, service requested, indicative budget and the details of your enquiry. We also receive ordinary technical information necessary to operate and secure the website, such as server requests and related diagnostic information.
Why we use that information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess potential work, prepare proposals and communicate about services you request. Our usual lawful basis for initial business enquiries is our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients; where a contract is entered into, relevant information may also be processed to perform that contract. We do not sell enquiry details to advertisers.
Who processes it
The site is hosted using Vercel. Form submissions are handled by the website endpoint and sent to our inbox using Resend, with email received and stored through our email provider. We also use Vercel Blob to store blog content and associated uploaded images. These providers may process information under their own security, retention and international transfer arrangements.
Cookies and external services
The private blog publishing editor uses an essential, secure sign-in cookie, typically valid for up to 24 hours. Our public pages use Google Fonts for typography. Hosting and network providers may process information required to deliver the site safely. If we later introduce non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, this policy and any necessary consent controls will be updated.
How long we retain information
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage prospective or existing client relationships, and comply with any applicable legal or accounting obligations. We review information as its purpose ends.
Your rights
